Sportsbook Line Glitch

Saw this error this morning, does anyone who has worked for books or apps know how this could have come about. I would assume since it's a small market game there was a glitch in the code or algorithm that output the line, but curious if maybe some intern was trying to pull a fast one on his bosses

Edit- forgot to mention the book eventually noticed and voided/ refunded all bets.
